1. Purpose

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Artist will perform a private home concert hosted by the Purchaser.

2. Performance Details

Location: Purchaser Home

Artist Arrival: 7:00 PM

Performance Time: 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Artist Departure: 9:30 PM

3. Audience and Promotion

The event is intended as a private, small gathering at the Purchaser’s home or property, limited to no more than twenty (20) guests.

The event is not to be publicly promoted, advertised, or ticketed.

If the Purchaser publicly promotes or advertises the event in any manner (including online or on social media), the Artist reserves the right to cancel the performance without refund of any deposits or fees paid.

4. Deposit and Payment Terms

A deposit of $4900 + $100 (original deposit) is required to confirm the booking.

All deposits are non-refundable, including in the event that the Purchaser cancels or postpones the performance for any reason.

1 month prior to the performance date the remaining $5,000 USD is due.

5. Cancellation

If the Purchaser cancels the event, no deposits or payments will be refunded.

If the Artist cancels due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full, or a mutually agreed reschedule date may be offered.

6. Performance Environment

The Purchaser agrees to provide a safe, suitable, and comfortable environment for the Artist and guests.

The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring all local ordinances, noise regulations, and safety measures are followed.

The Artist will provide their own performance equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability

The Purchaser assumes all responsibility for guests and property during the event.

The Artist shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during or as a result of the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations or communications. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
